Travelling Info & E-Visa

Citizens of 70+ countries can obtain an Egyptian tourist e-visa online at visa2egypt.gov.eg (single entry, 30 days, ~USD 25). Apply at least seven days before travel. Delegates requiring an invitation letter for a consular visa can request one during registration — allow three weeks.

Borg El Arab (HBE) is Alexandria's international airport, 45 minutes from the venue, with connections through Cairo, Istanbul, Dubai and Athens. Many delegates fly into Cairo (CAI) and continue by road (2.5–3 hours) or rail.

Passports must be valid six months beyond arrival. No vaccinations are required for most travellers. Customs allows personal electronics including presentation equipment; commercial exhibition goods should use the exhibition freight forwarder announced to exhibitors.

Delegates are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance. The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind.
