Policy

Cancellations received in writing before 28 February 2027 are refunded minus a 15% administrative fee; later cancellations are non-refundable but substitutions are accepted at any time.

Sessions are recorded and photographed by the organizers for archival and promotional use. Delegates who do not wish to appear should notify the registration desk. Private recording of sessions requires the presenter's written consent.

MARLOG is committed to a professional, harassment-free environment for all participants regardless of background. Concerns may be raised confidentially with any member of the organizing committee.

If the physical event cannot take place, the conference converts to hybrid or online format and registrations transfer automatically; fee differences are refunded.
